Victory’s CXG model is a low-profile parking lot sweeper with a 70-inch dump height that is mounted onto a conventional chassis. The CXG utilizes a gasoline-powered, 24.9 hp Honda auxiliary engine. When coupled with the Victory 8-bladed, backward-inclined, 20- inch diameter blower fan the result is an exceptional capability to perform parking lot sweeping. The CXG is designed to enable the operator to sweep typical debris found in parking lots as well as some heavier rock and sand. Our CXG is typically mounted onto either a Ford F250 or GM 2500 series chassis. Both choices ensure adequate carrying capacity; however, consult with us for other mounting options.

The CXG features a 2.7 cubic-yard debris hopper constructed from non-magnetic 304 stainless steel. Large inspection doors are provided on each side of the hopper as well as a full opening top door that allows easy access when dumping and for cleaning. A 39-inch diameter gutter broom with electric in-cab tilt mounted onto the left side of the sweeper and is standard. The CXG’s full-width blast and suction sweeping head is capable of reverse sweeping and includes Victory’s exclusive HOODS-UP SM feature, which allows the operator to raise the front of the sweeping head to allow efficient pickup of bulk trash, leaves and larger debris. Carbide drag shoes, safety chains and rubber head stops are provided.

The 50-gallon dust control system features a 12- volt diaphragm pump with filter and is outfitted with heavy-duty push lock hoses and brass spray nozzles positioned at the broom, head and inside the hopper. A centrifugal, self-cleaning dust separator is located inside the hopper to remove fine dust particles before they can enter the HARDOX® steel blower fan, which is guaranteed against wear-out for 5 years or 5000 hours.

The CXG’s rubber-lined blower housing features an in-cab leaf and light debris diverter system. The hydraulic system is belt-driven from the auxiliary engine and includes a 10-gallon reservoir with a10-micron spin-on filter, labeled manual override directional valves, pressure ports w/gauge and an optional 12-volt hydraulic backup system. The small central control console has heavy-duty rocker style switches, an hour meter, resettable circuit protection and engine throttle. Heavy-duty, 3 mil vinyl wrap is used on the hopper’s exterior to ensure your sweeper looks good for years.
